There's Always Tomorrow

Don't make things too complicated. Try to relax, enjoy every moment, get used to everything. -Angelique Kerber

Sometimes in life, you get very exhausted quickly, you find yourself not having the strength to do anything anymore, so you spend most of your day in bed, or just slouching around, and by the time the clocks hit 12 am, you find yourself regretting everything, wishing that you had actually been productive and it's hard, so you start beating yourself up, bringing yourself down, but then you make a promise to yourself, that tomorrow is going to be different that you're going to be productive, and when the next day comes, you were still sluggish and unproductive again. Well, I'm here to tell you it's alright.

In life, there will be times when we won't feel like doing anything, and that's okay. Sometimes we have a tendency to overwork ourselves, which causes our brains to breakdown and cause us to spend days doing nothing. In these situations, try to accept the situation, rather than beating yourself up; after all, tomorrow will come. Don't get me wrong, though. I do believe in making the most of every day since you never know what may happen or when it will be your last. However, there are some days when taking a break is acceptable, and you shouldn't feel guilty about it or have to defend it to anyone.

As much as we would like to do something interesting and memorable every day, that is simply not going to be the case. The sooner you accept this, the simpler it will be for you because, once you do, you realize that when the quiet days do arrive, they are not all that horrible and you can just learn to relax.
